Had a very experience individual walk me through all the steps and next steps for opening my account and how to operate it. After I finished with the first person the customer support rep guided me through all the processes and even assisted with transferring my funds. They also, mentioned their great security for storing my crypto which was important to me since i don't know much about how to hold/store crypto. overall great experience

Scammers that will steal your… Scammers that will steal your retirement with fee’s 4% trading fees, monthly custodial fees, $300 fee to close an account with a lot of hoops to jump through. Complete scammers also very similar to Prime Trust IRA which scammed people out of retirements and filed bankruptcy.

Unresponsive to email as of 20 May 2022, I have yet to get a reply from an email sent 4 days ago. Not impressed with service or responsiveness. They will take your money with no issues but when it comes to moving money out, THEY MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH MANY HOOPS.
