My loan case manager was extremely… My loan case manager was extremely responsive and available to any of my questions and got the process done smoothly. I even knocked off a few more points off the initial interest quote, which was a bonus!

Good service, but there was a mistake I was really surprised that they were able to find a lender willing to work with my situation at a fair interest rate. They kept me up to date throughout the process and everything was going good.The problem I ran into is when they apparently mixed up my information with someone else's and then told me I had to put more down than originally quoted. It eventually got straightened out, but this happening at all is why I didn't give 5 stars.

I was very happy with the level of… I was very happy with the level of service from FiWize. Very quick response times, helpful staff etc. The finance was somewhat nonstandard since it was done for a Tesla that had to be purchased online. There were a few hiccups involving the timing of the car delivery and paperwork mixups from Tesla etc. FiWize handled their part of the process very smoothly.
