Good service, but there was a mistake I was really surprised that they were able to find a lender willing to work with my situation at a fair interest rate. They kept me up to date throughout the process and everything was going good.The problem I ran into is when they apparently mixed up my information with someone else's and then told me I had to put more down than originally quoted. It eventually got straightened out, but this happening at all is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Best option I could have done The FiWize team was very helpful and communicated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the results they offered, with loan not being even a year old. You get so many "offers" to save you, and they helped find the perfect solution for you. No hidden cost, or surprises. Saved in overall cost and will look to use them again in a year to see if we can get down even lower. Great team!

FYI make sure you send all info they need back asap my loan app and loan funding was less then 2 weeks at most and everyone is polite which is a big one for me

Saved me a great deal of money on interest charges and super convenient!! FiWize turned out to be an amazing outcome in a refinance rate for my vehicle saving me over $2,700 over the life of my original dealer auto loan! The personnel were helpful and responsive and I was able to do everything online or by phone. The only reason they are not five stars was the loan took over a month from start to finish.
