Rapid, smooth, professional I just closed a refi with LoanFlight and, as the title suggests, it was rapid and smooth. When I started the process I looked at several mortgage lending companies and LoanFlight came in below all of them. That wasn't immediately clear because there's a lot of ways to write a loan estimate but the folks from LoanFlight worked with me and it was clear they were giving me the best, most well-thought out deal. Once I locked my rate with them, it was a relatively quick process (3 to 3.5 weeks). All the interactions I had with their processors was professional, courteous, and helpful. I did pretty much everything online through their portal. Closing was easy and now I'm going to buy a new truck.

Never trust LoanFlight on their initially quoted rate and cost LoanFlight offered 10 yrs re-fi for 1.75%, $0 cost on Saturday 9/25/2021. I submitted a request, a loan officer contacted me and confirmed the rate and the cost. I submitted application and all the required documents (paystubs, tax returns, w2, bank statements, signed SSA form) and esigned initial disclosures. Here comes a Monday and he says that rate was not available since it was presented on weekend when market was close. Where did he get that confident when we discussed and he presented the rate on the weekend? I felt so stupid with LoanFlight. Be careful of this situation with LoanFlight.

LoanFlight made dreams come true! LoanFlight was the 2nd lender I went to after being extremely unsatisfied with my 1st lender. My 1st lender took 3 weeks to tell me it isn't going to work for me. After applying with LoanFlight, Jason approved me within ONE HOUR! Their website is very user-friendly and Jason & Kayla were amazing every step of the way. We had a couple hiccups during the process of buying our home, but the team at LoanFlight worked very hard to make everything work out in my favor. I would 1000000% recommend to anyone!! LoanFlight is all for their clients and it shows. Thank you Jason & Kayla!!
