GBPhone called on online servise/mobile app for payment The cust rep - Alia was very helpful and explain why it might be a problem at this time with my payment not going thru as you all are experiencing system issue this week. I would like to thank her for her honesty. She did advise that, I can try again later and if the problem still exist, then I can call back and they will waive the late fee. GBI called to pay off any balance I had… I called to pay off any balance I had and rep, Jackie Rose, was very nice and helpful in closing the account as I requested. . I must let you know that when I call in every month to pay per phone the long drawn out process to pay a payment is grueling and I have no time for the information requested over and over again. I have many cards and none of them ask so many repetitive questions just to make a payment.

GBWas pleased with the phone call, until I paid my other bill. It's too bad the phone call I made 2/5/2024. I called to find out why my Build master card available balance was not yet there. I always pay it on the first on the month if not before and it's usually there the next day. I was told because it was paid by a checking account it would take 7-9 days. Hmm! Never in my life of owning this card has this happened. I asked Courtney if this was something new? She replied No! I just paid my Reflex...owned by the same company, my available is there already. Not sure where this crock of BS is coming from? I was going to leave a fantastic review! Really having a second thought now.

GBI was trying to pay my bill yesterday… I was trying to pay my bill yesterday evening and night. The automated and website would not allow me to make my on time payment. I was so disturbed. I call back today and got a very nice customer service representative who put me at ease. By expediting my payment with no cost and making sure I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. I really appreciated him for being so professional and courteous.
