NMB Feedback Survey NMB performed well. After a few delays, one on the clients part, the re-finance regained momentum and completed. NMB can make improvements via status calls to clients verses the client calling. The management bent over backwards to oversee and overcome some challenges we experienced. We are grateful that the re-finance is complete.

Great as usual Great as usual. Matthew Morrison helped me and answered the phone day and night, weekdays and weekends. He went above and beyond to speed up the process. Next loan I'd like more financial help on closing costs though, since I'm a returning customer
