GBScott Nortman... don't waste your time. Scott Nortman said he would get us a pre-approval. Ran a credit check (after giving me a 30 minute lecture on not allowing other lenders to do the same -even though I know that to be untrue, buyers of course want to shop around for the best deal, credit bureaus allow a certain timeframe for you to apply to multiple lenders (credit pull). It will not ding your score each time. I have reached out several times for a quote, only to get excuse after excuse. I wish there was some sort of penalty for lenders that pull your credit, insisted that can get a pre-approval & then ghost you. What a waste on a legit lender/quote. He is also very condensing in the way he words things. I can't count how many times I heard (after being cut of in middle of a sentence) "ma'am, you ready for this" followed by a lengthy "bashing" of whatever you say to him. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better, Scott.

GBMUST READ: EMPLOYEE THREATS & HARASSMENT MUST READ: I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with an employee of Nationwide Mortgage. The employee, who I will not name, CONTINUOUSLY HARRASSED and THREATENED me. The employee STOLE MY INFORMATION from a business inquiry database, and called me soliciting National Mortgage home lending services. I was not interested but he continuously called me, so I referred a client of mine who wanted funding for a multi-family project. He consistently called, texted, and emailed me almost daily, asking me to refer clients, so I referred a total of 3 clients over 30 days, none of which the employee helped access funding. Also, none of which I asked for any compensation in return. A week or so later, the employee called me asking if I could help his so called client (So called bc it took him 2 days to provide a name for the client when I asked). I decided not to take his so called client, and so the NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE EMPLOYEE BEGAN THREATENING ME, AND MY BUSINESS. He made threats of public defamation to my business, and my name. The same day I began receiving an overwhelming amount of harassing calls, texts, emails, and business website chats from the company in California whom he threatened to contact. Weeks later I am still receiving an overwhelming amount of harassment from the company. I never received these types of calls prior to the day that the nationwide mortgage employee threatened, and harassed me.

GBRefinancing home loan We have been trying to refinance our home loan for over 7 months with this company. We have been given the run around for MONTHS! Nationwide Mortgage has mislead us from the very beginning. Very incompetent loan officers! I would never ever recommend using this company for any type of loan.
