EVERY time we used Andy with Citywide Home Loans the process was absolutely painless (the only reason we ever did not use him was because we refinanced before our 6 month period was up). Reagan and the Citywide team were… Reagan and the Citywide team were amazing to work with. When I had issues with my Title they continued to work tirelessly to help me resolve it and keep me updated on the progress. When that issue lasted longer then my lock on the interest rate, Reagan worked to extend that lock to buy me some more time to finalize the loan. Thanks to him and his team I got a great interest rate and had a great experience working with them.
