Great Company Epoch Lending is phenomenal. The year prior I got an interest rate on my home that I didn’t believe anyone could beat easily, but Evan managed to get me lower than expected. Not only that, but the process was smooth from start to finish. Up to this point I always thought the loan process was stressful. I was kept in the loop on where my loan was at the entire way. Epoch closed my loan in less than 30 days and even closed at my house. I will recommend people I know to Epoch Lending in the future.
