She took the time to explain things we didn't understand and answer our many questions. I felt like she knew us and our situation and we weren't just a number. Bad Lending Experience I did not have my loan structured at closing as I requested during the application process. When I arrived at the closing table, It was pretty much a forced closing with documents written in the way the underwriter and mortgage broker wanted them, opposed to what I needed. As a result, I was forced to sign so I would not lose the property. I have bought and sold many properties. This purchase/lending experience ranks as one of my worst!!
