Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Excellent customer service During my time working with Reliant Mortgage. I had the pleasure of working with your loan officer MrsLoretta Bass & your processor Mrs.Delaine Malone. Both of them went above & beyond to make sure we were successfully approved for our loan. I learned so much for them.They have become like family to me. This is our second time working with… This is our second time working with Josh Highnote and all I can say is his customer service is top notch. The communication with him and his team is always very detailed and if we didn’t understand something they would explain it to us and always answered our questions quickly.
