Just completed a first home purchase… Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!

I started my process with a simple… I started my process with a simple application mid January. Through credit coaching and hard work I am closing next week!!! Cameron Handley was assigned to my journey and I’m so fortunate that he was the chosen one! With help from his peers Sarah and his Manager Tyler I am now able to write this review. They made everything so clear. They were always inviting and professional. Never not available for any questions that I may have had. Thank you so much Reliant Mortgage for making me feel like my investment mattered. I will definitely always refer!!! This has been an experience that I will never forget!!!!!

Best Company EVER! I switched my loan over to Reliant Mortgage after a terrible experience with another company. Everything that had been extremely difficult and stressful was made easy by Mrs. Lorette and everyone else that worked on my file. I was never left wondering anything. There was constant communication and any question I had was answered clearly. They worked extremely hard to help us close on the home we wanted so badly. Without Reliant Mortgage, I would have lost the home I fell in love with. They truly saved the day!

Would definitely recommend- great experience! Kelly was great- quick to respond each time I had questions and very upfront about everything. He checked in to see if we had questions along the way. We did our closing via Zoom due to COVID and everything went very smoothly. We FedEx’d our packet back and already received the paperwork from our new mortgage company. I have given out your number to others and suggested they refinance through you.

Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”
