Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Best Company EVER! I switched my loan over to Reliant Mortgage after a terrible experience with another company. Everything that had been extremely difficult and stressful was made easy by Mrs. Lorette and everyone else that worked on my file. I was never left wondering anything. There was constant communication and any question I had was answered clearly. They worked extremely hard to help us close on the home we wanted so badly. Without Reliant Mortgage, I would have lost the home I fell in love with. They truly saved the day!
