Just completed a first home purchase… Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!

Highly Recommended! Nate and Yvonne were phenomenal! We were working with another lender who stopped being responsive to us due to the pandemic. We had to start from scratch with 30 days left on our house contract. Nate and Yvonne went above and beyond in working with us, pushing the lender, the title company, and the builder company to make sure that we were able to close on schedule. I highly recommend them and Reliant Mortgage! We are now in our dream home and couldn't be happier that they played a part in helping our dreams to come true!
