She was very easy to communicate with and expedited the process with little to no effort on my end . Everything was done via Docusign so I didn’t even have to physically go in and sign any paperwork . She got me a great rate and a great APR and plans that works for most if not all budgets! 10/10 highly recommend and ask for Nina !

This was the first time I tried… This was the first time I tried Caribou, not without hesitation, but they were offering what appeared a good deal at a lower rate of interest and costs than their competition. There were quite several exchanges with their assigned agent, Michael (Mike) Ruiz, the usual shuffling of documents, but Mike helped me all the way, patiently, politely, and thoroughly. I simply wanted to lower my monthly payments and we were able to do just that, while still saving on my overall loan. Daniel was readily available and responsive throughout the entire whole process.
