Arthur Scott was my POC and he was always available to help or explain what needed to be done next. You could also tell that he was good at his job and had a lot of expertise in his field. For me, Caribou was a positive process that was also one of the easier third party processes I have dealt with so far.

Please be careful DO NOT refinance with… Please be careful DO NOT refinance with this company, they will never tell you about the hiding fees , after accepting the offer they gave me , someone name Jeremy called gave me totally different offer, they added $2600 to the pay off amount, when I asked him he said there is processing fee he forget to tell me about it.
