Monument has the best service and prices Defiantly recommend Monument Metals as i have purchased many times now. I have always received the best service and the best prices. I also had an incident where my order was lost in the mailing system and after some time of waiting they just decided to send me a new order without waiting for the recovery of the lost metals package. So with that experience I put Monument in my top 3 for life.

Shaky at First but I understand the security measures I was super excited to order from them. They ended up canceling my order without notifying me. I told them I’m a new customer and didn’t even try to keep my business. They told me the only way for me to order is by phone and I can’t even pay via my checking account because they flagged it as fraud. They couldn’t tell me the exact reason why it was declined. Update: really impressed with the response from them. I was able to sort out the order issue and the CFO personally called me to make sure I don’t have any other issues. I will update again once I get my order.

Also my package was shipped from Maryland to Seattle before coming to Florida. Whereas the usual course is Fredrick, MD to Linthicum, MD to Jacksonville, FL then Pensacola, FL.
