I sent numerous messages to the company without any reply. As you know proof coins are supposed to be mirror like finish without any scratches and the latest coin I received from them is less than stellar. If you're purchasing bullion I would not hesitate but in this case I am not very happy as they have not gotten back to me regarding this rather expensive purchase of a proof Mexican Libertad.
