Very knowledgeable, he has done additional work over and above the standard DST-related work that I needed. My situation was very complicated (closing multiple properties and buying into multiple DST's), but Amr really handled it well and helped me to meet all deadlines. When I had questions that he could not answer, he went out of his way to get answers from others in the company. I actually switched from another DST company that I had issues with.
