The TEAM is on your side I'm not sure if I could have had a better experience. We met on zoom and from the beginning all my questions were answered. I do have a financial background and experience and my questions were about the details. They did everything I would have thought they should. The professionalism was top-notch. From evaluating conservatively to explaining why their selection of investment vehicle fit our situation, not a beat was missed. The follow up and follow thru was timely and appropriate. We had changes to our plan and experts invited from the sponsor. I was impressed by how right on target nearly every step was executed. I would have no reluctance at all recommending the team at Realized 1031. The only thing critical I can come up with is that I was the one that had to inject some humor to lighten the serious mood.
