Grateful We Found Realized We spent several months researching DSTs and the DST process and were very grateful for all the data, advice and patient answering of our many questions by Jacob and Drew. We recently closed on the sale of our multifamily property and we could not have asked for better service and response during the hectic 45-day window imposed by the 1031 exchange process. We have now closed on multiple DSTs and would not have felt comfortable doing so had we not been able to have some pretty serious questions answered and some very detailed data made available to us. Including one-on-one phone meetings with Sponsors when needed. We have other family members with income property and based on our experiences, they intend to trust Realized with their upcoming 1031 Exchanges as well.

Good - but deeper product knowledge would help. I was happy to help as I will be a user of the tools that I looked at. I think it would help if Russ had a better understanding of the products that Realized is marketing. As it is, the conversation is necessarily more abstract than concrete and my suggestions are harder to implement in that situation
