After purchasing my shelf corp, I completed the proper forms which has my corporation registered with the Secretary of State. I’m excited about completing this process and recommend others. GBBad experience The person they connected me with to be the CFO didn't make a payment on his credit card. Because of this I didn't receive any funding. They said I need to pay more to switch to another CFO. I spent 17k dollars and received nothing in return. I do not recommend using this company.
