They explicitly state that they can't guarantee one's results as far as getting funding and that it will depend on certain factors out of their control. Their efforts got me two new credit cards, one of which has a year and a half 0% APR introductory. My credit situation is good overall, albeit short, hence why I had only reasonable expectations. I will gladly seek funding from them in the future. I greatly value honesty and straightforwardness and a no nonsense approach.
