Bad experience The person they connected me with to be the CFO didn't make a payment on his credit card. Because of this I didn't receive any funding. They said I need to pay more to switch to another CFO. I spent 17k dollars and received nothing in return. I do not recommend using this company.

Scammer be ware Some with the number 347-937-2636 texted my phone stating they have a perishable item to delivered to my home. I never ordered anything perishable so I tried calling about 10x to get the bottom of it. The person never picked up but keep on texting wanting me to confirmed address. I told them they are trying to scam and don’t text my number anymore before blocking. I believe they probably got hold of my credit card or something and want to confirm name and address to hack my account. Beware of that numbertexting you I reported it.

So far so good This process has been very transparent. We are in the stage of obtaining my DUNS. After purchasing my shelf corp, I completed the proper forms which has my corporation registered with the Secretary of State. I’m excited about completing this process and recommend others.
