GBReverse Mortgage refinance Just closed a refinance of reverse mortgage. Dealt with Richard Hawthorne throughout the entire process. He was very personable and caring whenever a setback came up. My understanding is my loan was his first with this company and he handled himself very well to be a new employee for them. I am sure his streamlining will only improve as his knowledge of their processes grows. Great guy to deal with overall.

GBMy loan is a Refinance My loan is a Refinance, so I have been through the process before. Ken was very postive all the way, however I started to become anxious when my file went to another department in the Home Office. They seemed to want to find ways to "not do" my loan, even after the apprasial came in over projection! I believe a reverse mortagage is to make life better for seniors, not more difficult. All's well that end's well, thanks to Ken holding my hand.
