Dave worked through some problems we had due to missing information for our home. Though the process took a little longer than we anticipated, Dave made it as easy as possible. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received from Dave Schulte and Goodlife.

GBWe were extremely pleased with our… We were extremely pleased with our experience with Good Life. Dave Schulte was amazing to work with. He always kept us informed of what was going on as things progressed. If I called or e-maiiled him with any questions or concerns or was always prompt in getting back to me with an answer. We would definitely recommend him personally to our family or friends and thank him for making our loan process so easy.

GBThe representative I worked with was amazing! The representative I worked with, Scott Sherman, was amazing! He explained everything to me, and apologized for any "hang-ups" we experienced. By hang-ups, I mean delays. It did take a long time, over 3 months, to complete. The rep kept me aware of what was going on regularly. The specific problem came from the appraisers who didn't do their job completely. Other than that, it was quite painless. Again, my representative was awesome!

GBGreat communication Our agent Steve kept in touch at every stage of the process so we knew what to expect, and when. There is a *lot* of process and paperwork in applying for a reverse mortgage, and Steve made it as painless as possible.

GBMy loan is a Refinance My loan is a Refinance, so I have been through the process before. Ken was very postive all the way, however I started to become anxious when my file went to another department in the Home Office. They seemed to want to find ways to "not do" my loan, even after the apprasial came in over projection! I believe a reverse mortagage is to make life better for seniors, not more difficult. All's well that end's well, thanks to Ken holding my hand.
