RUN RUN RUN as fast you can This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company turns off and on my autopay without telling me. They miss payments because of it and don't tell me. They double charge me and don't tell me. The customer service agents basically only take payments. If you have any other issues you have to speak to a supervisory. Conveniently (for them) there is never a supervisor available. They promise the supervisors will call back but they never do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.

We didn’t want one of those companies that forced you to stop paying your credit cards, in the hopes that they would forgive the balances, instead this A couple years ago, my husband and I ran into some financial trouble. We tried our hardest to pay off our credit card debt, and it seems like anytime we got a little bit ahead, something would happen that would set us right back. We found CESI After doing a lot of research. We didn’t want one of those companies that forced you to stop paying your credit cards, in the hopes that they would forgive the balances, instead this company worked with us to help pay them down. I highly recommend anyone who is struggling to look into this. The agents are always helpful, and willing to help!

Overall a great job Overall a great job! Lowered my monthly payment when COVID hit which helped TREMENDOUSLY! I had to get in touch a few times when I saw that too much money was scheduled to be taken for the next payment but it was corrected immediately. I would definitely recommend
