Trusting and Compassionate I would like to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding assistance that we received from Ian Holck. We would not be in our home if it was not for the patients and attention to detail that Ian showed during the whole home buying process. My wife and I were homeless and desperately seeking a place to call our own. We submitted our loan paperwork to your company and the moment that Ian got involved our stress level decreased drastically. He took the time to always answer our questions and ensured we understood the process at every step. At one point we thought we had lost the home but in a matter of a day he was able to turn the whole thing around and we were approved for our home. Great service, better people We had a great experience working with Brent and Lois at VeteransLoans. The VA Loan process is significantly different than a standard mortgage. It helped to have experts to go to with questions (even dumb ones). They were incredibly responsive, even taking time during their days off to deal with urgent paperwork. They were even great dealing with our...colorful...agent. I don't expect to need their services again for a long time, but when that time comes I will definitely be calling VeteransLoans. I can't recommend them enough.

1st time home buyer There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.
