I did a bank statement loan with them which allowed me to provide 24 months of bank statements for a 30 year mortgage. The process was simple and efficient, and they were always there to answer questions for me if I had any. All of the documentation was prepared quickly allowing us to be ready to close before the expected closing date.

Homelife Mortgage is the Best! Darrin, Jayne and Esther did an exceptional job on my mortgage loan. Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan. Darrin is a man with Work when he said 30 days we close. He really did execute within 30 days of the opening escrow. Very greatful with Homelife mortgage!
