This is my 2nd time around with their… This is my 2nd time around with their Bank statement loan product and just like last time it was the smoothest experience in all my real estate transactions. Darrin and Jayne are amazing, totally helped guide me through the process. Total team effort and a willingness to get me my home by working with my realtor and also the home builder. They helped us refinance for a lower… They helped us refinance for a lower rate using a bank statement loan on two separate occasions, saving us a lot of money each time. They were able to work with us through complicated issues, like remodeling the home, one of our businesses that had begun more recently, business use of a portion of the home, getting an appraiser at odd times. They were also very responsive in dealing with various issues that came up and just needed explanation or action on their part to fix. We now once again have a lower payment to enjoy as we sit fit!
