The transfer of my investments from another company to Horizon Trust Mercie has been helping me for about 3 weeks. She speaks in pleasant, even tones and lets me interrupt when I need to say something while I think of it. She never sounds agitated or in a hurry, and clarifies, as needed, what I just said when we are on a 3-way call. And she repeats things so I can write my notes from the conversation clearly enough to understand them later. Mercie always reminds me to call if I have new questions or concerns.

I received the phone call at the time set for the appointment and even though it took an hour before somebody on the other end of the other retirement company that we were working with to answer the phone she stayed on the line to make sure that everything was done and was done properly.
