I received the phone call at the time set for the appointment and even though it took an hour before somebody on the other end of the other retirement company that we were working with to answer the phone she stayed on the line to make sure that everything was done and was done properly. Everything was explained So that I understood what was Going on and the steps that it would take to finally get my Investment invested. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to make sure I had a understanding of everything.
