I had a long transaction period due to Buyer issues, the staff from Equity Trust was there to support and help me all the way. Would never recommend this company to… Would never recommend this company to handle Metal storage for your Gold/Silver IRA. Their fees are outrageous, little to no customer service. No shipping options, which resulted in me getting charged over $100 extra from FedEx, didn't need it in a hurry, as they have already taken a month to process my distribution request. Stay away from TrustETC.

I’m so glad I switched! I was a client at another company for almost ten years, and I finally got fed up with their terrible service and performance. I am so happy I finally pulled the plug and switched to Equity Trust. They made the transition relatively easy and their service is phenomenal in every respect. My stress level is down and my happiness quotient is up. Unbelievably, I’m still cleaning up the mess created by the previous custodian almost a year later.

Time zone differences Great assistance with the selling of a piece of real estate. Documents signed and returned in a timely manner. However, during the closing, some last minute issues need to be addressed. The issues came up after a little after 4pm Chicago time which was after 5pm eastern time, and it was dificult to find someone in ETC's closing department. However, we did find last minute assistance with Gold Level Team.

Equity Trust Company provides total service from beginning to end! The staff at Equity Trust Company were great to work with! I was able to quickly connect with employees who were able to answer my questions and walk me through the entire process including such things as the Real Estate contract, earnest money payment, titling properties and getting to the closing. What I thought was a complex process turned out to be very clear and logical process from beginning to end! I highly recommend Equity Trust Company!
