I was charged $3000 and all gone to dogs. when I tried asking for refund for not provinding the required service (Refund of my $100,000s not a single penny was recovered) infact I lost $3000 on top, So do not attempt them or hire them for services... YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

GBWhite Glove Treatment White Glove Treatment. This company is all hands on deck. They're responsive, actively reaching out as the process of finding lost funds is being pursued. I'm still working with them and just received an incredibly well-prepared report of what happened to me behind the curtains with regard to the scam to which I fell prey. This makes the work of any detective complete, as they have everything they need on hand. With so many scams occurring post-pandemic, I would highly recommend anyone who has suffered a financial loss to work with the folks at MyChargeBack, as they are there for those who really need them. The regular, middle class, who are largely ignored by the police due to the massive amount of fraud being perpetrated on the public. These people are incredible. As a customer/client, I've never been so seen and helped, and it's been a huge encouragement through one of the most difficult times of my life.

SGNo results Please do not trust this company as they cannot help you getting anything from the scammers. I paid them more than a year ago and besides asking me to chase my bank that keeps rejecting my request for a chargeback as the bank claims it was properly done transaction, the company has done nothing. They are quick to collect your money but slow to provide results. IF you were scammed by FXCT investments or any other online trading platforms, you should consider engaging a lawyer to assist, not mychargeback!!

GBSuccessful Outcomes? Customer service and case manager are great. Still awaiting outcome after 6 months of investigation. I am wondering why I have seen no reviews where customers have reclaimed all or part of the money they lost in crypto scams.

GBTerrible service Terrible service My case manager is defensive, slow, and constantly denies what she has said earlier. They have delivered on one third of what they are supposed to deliver. I have stopped paying them until they do their job. Here is what their response is going to be: your case was complex and we did everything in our power blah blah blah. No they have not and I can prove it I encourage you to be careful dealing with this company.
