I love the fact that I can invest in… I love the fact that I can invest in real estate. I live in Hawaii and the pricing over here to even get started is unreasonably high. Just a few reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for: as a beginner in real estate investing I wish we had more of an option on properties to invest in (more then single-family homes). I see a lot of potential in the multi-family homes as well as condos which include student dorms for college, traveling nurses, etc. A few that caught my eye was in Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Atlanta. Other then that, I'd hope to get better insight on how much of a payment is distributed to the investor unless I misunderstood the information listed. Overall an amazing app and loving it.
