GBLow return The concept is exactly what I’m looking for but the return is too low to warrant any serious investment. Ex. $117 invested with $.19 monthly dividend.

GBI like the concept of investing but… I like the concept of investing but it’s not worth the time. Monthly earned gain$ are very minimal less than $.50/mo. Yet I’ve purchased several shares in several properties. Nonetheless, this is my 1st month earning gain$. I will see how it grows in the next 2-3 months. If. I thing happens im out.

GBArk7 made real estate investing a… Ark7 made real estate investing a breeze! I was always interested in getting into the market, but the whole process seemed daunting. Ark7 breaks it down with fractional shares, so you can invest in properties for as little as $20. Plus, their platform is super user-friendly. I can easily browse properties, see all the details, and manage my investments in one place. They even take care of the property management, so I don't have to worry about finding tenants or fixing leaky faucets. And the best part? I've been getting monthly payouts from my investments! Overall, Ark7 is a fantastic option for anyone who wants to get started in real estate investing without the hassle. Highly recommend!

GBThe shares are not adding up I’m having a hard time trying to understand something. If a property is listed at 20$ per share with a max of 20k shares available that’s 400k in shares being made. Where is all that money going? Because from my understanding investors only make money off the monthly rental payments. So if I want to buy 100k worth of shares how can you accurately compensate my investment. Ex. I pay 100k in shares at a 4.24% cash distribution and 8 year holding period im estimating to garner 35k annually at that rate (not included property appreciation) so that averages at $2,900 a month but the monthly rent is $1,200. How is this possible i need help understanding this before I invest that much money
