GBMath You should allow users to input an annual consumption profile rather than just picking a single number. My average consumption is 1400 kWh but I only broke 1000 4 times last year so your site wrongly suggested that a bill credit plan was best but actually fixed fee was better by $800 / year

GBThe customer service is terrible and at… The customer service is terrible and at times even rude. I would never suggest Gexa to anyone. I would change companies immediately if not for their high cancellation fee. Avoid Gexa at all costs

GBThe title of my review would be great Everyone I delt with over the phone, and the chat feature. We're all very pleasant, helpful, and easy to speak with. I didn't run across one person that was rude, angry, or in a bad mood. Personally when everyone is in good spirits it makes the whole process much easier. So that is very much appreciated. So I don't know if there is a way to figure out the people I was dealing with, but they deserve some praise.
