GBZERO Stars for ZERO Correspondence I signed up with 4change energy and have yet to receive any type of correspondence regarding the change. I have no contact info, no account number and no confirmation of this change from our current provider. I have zero confidence in this company and am choosing another provider and plan.

GBOutstanding customer service The representative Mike was outstanding he was in control over the whole sales communication (I didn't get his last name) and was very understanding and it gave me a chance to decide on which company electricity that is that will be a better fit....... GBNo service yet… Update: Service began a few minutes after I wrote this review. We registered for service online yesterday morning and have no electricity or a clear explanation of why. Customer service rep was good, attempted to investigate but said there’s a problem the back office has to resolve. We will have to wait 24-48 hours for an email. We have to reschedule work that was to be done on the house and our move in unless we have service today. We will be happy to write a update the review once the issue is resolved.
