Just I had some small delay on my first withdrawal. But I received it after few days. A withdrawal of 16000$ with 95% profit split. I am very happy

I had a great experience with Peter I had a great experience with Peter. He was very patient and understanding with me and I gratefully appreciate it!!! Thank you for the great customer service. Also, I love that the customer service department responded so swiftly. This is not my first great experience with support. Anytime I've had an issue, you all have been very, quick responding in a few minutes, literally. Plus my issue was resolved very quickly as well, in less than 30 minute.

Rules Matter I had pleasant experience. My goal now is to complete the 2nd phase challenge. This experienced really made me pay more attention to details. The rules made me make smarter choices namely what i couldn't afford lose(dollar wise) so I was locked in and more focused on the objective.

They shutdown Had 3 ongoing challenges with them. My account got frozen yesterday morning. Said wrong user name / password. Raised a ticket with them. No response for a day. Today morning when i woke, got an email from them saying "Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. This means all STB related services have been terminated effective immediately." I have lodged 3 separate tickets for refunds from 3 ongoing challenges. While i wait on them, going to raise a dispute with bank.
