They shutdown Had 3 ongoing challenges with them. My account got frozen yesterday morning. Said wrong user name / password. Raised a ticket with them. No response for a day. Today morning when i woke, got an email from them saying "Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. This means all STB related services have been terminated effective immediately." I have lodged 3 separate tickets for refunds from 3 ongoing challenges. While i wait on them, going to raise a dispute with bank.

Rugpull/scam They rugpulled us after assuring the ywill continue their services. I have multiuple funded accounts on them on February alone and 100k account ready to be traded but they closed operations. I will be disputing this in my bank.

Also, I love that the customer service department responded so swiftly. This is not my first great experience with support. Anytime I've had an issue, you all have been very, quick responding in a few minutes, literally. Plus my issue was resolved very quickly as well, in less than 30 minute.
