Longtime Upromise User—LOVE it! I have been using Upromise for MANY years now, and have never been disappointed. This time was no different, and indeed helped me once again save money in the form of a rebate. When home appliances need replacing it’s never cheap, but with Upromise I can take advantage of retailer discounts/sales and get cash back. We work too hard to pass up savings where we can get them. It’s a win-win for me, for sure.

Upromise is great when it stays on! Upromise is great when it stays on the page. It often goes away before a final purchase is made. It is extremely frustrating when this happens. I only get 1/4 of the benefits because I click on Upromise when the purchase page comes up. I shop, then when I go to check out (even after checking a minute ago that Upromise was still activated) I didn't get the Upromise benefit... as soon as I clicked the 'purchase now' button the Upromise link came up to activate the benefit. PLEASE keep the Upromise link active longer!!!!!!!!!

Love U promise !! It's easy to order with U promise promotions and use at restaurants. Surveys are available, too. I appreciate helping my granddaughter with school because she'll have a big student loan.

Issues with uploading grocery receipts... I enjoy the cash back portion when using UPromise via travel and some stores, but I don't like and wish you would work on the grocery receipts not able to upload via mobile phone anymore. I haven't been able to upload in months! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS, I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE HAVING THESE ISSUES. CLICK THE HELPFUL BUTTON BELOW IF YOU ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS I DO THAT THEY CAN SEE AND DO SOMETHING WITH THIS.

Worth using I've not had much time to use Upromise but it is always a trusted site that periodically finds points for restaurants etc..that I would not have thought of. Hoping to use it much more going forward
