College saver As of right now I am paying for college on my own so Upromise is a true promise for me. I solemnly do promise that I will go to college and continue my degree. Upromise has made it so easy and has helped me every step of the way.

I love all the ways to save I love all the ways to save. I sometimes don't know if a deal went through or not especially when I try to connect my phone app to my computer app.

A no brainer! A no brainer! UPromise has enabled it’s members a simple way to save (and invest) the cash back they receive on purchases they would likely make anyway - all while allowing them to apply this savings to a child’s future education expense. Thumbs up, UPromise!

Upromise is great when it stays on! Upromise is great when it stays on the page. It often goes away before a final purchase is made. It is extremely frustrating when this happens. I only get 1/4 of the benefits because I click on Upromise when the purchase page comes up. I shop, then when I go to check out (even after checking a minute ago that Upromise was still activated) I didn't get the Upromise benefit... as soon as I clicked the 'purchase now' button the Upromise link came up to activate the benefit. PLEASE keep the Upromise link active longer!!!!!!!!!

The Customer Service was great but… The Customer Service was great but could only communicate through email after a special request form is filled out. It would have been easier for me to speak with a person on the phone.
