I absolutely love Laura VanOlden… I absolutely love Laura VanOlden however your system is not easy to work with and the process is very delayed. It is not a great experience not to be able to view ANYTHING uploaded, reviewed or cleared. This puts the brokers in the dark completely throughout the process with high pressure on your team to give responses and updates which is a delay and waste of time. would be better if we could view loan all together.

As branch manager having multiple loan officers under me she took a lot off my plate answering the loan officers questions, so I could continue to manage the rest of the branch. Made It Happen I was working a Bk Stmt deal for several months with Stephen Salantri and Valerie Shields. There were times when we thought the deal was going south due to some challenging conditions. It wasn't really a pleasant experience, but Stephen and Valerie hung in and pushed and shoved until we got to CTC. I appreciate their efforts !
