If you like wasting your time and hurting your credit and not getting a loan this is the bank for you. They also are very slow at underwriting. It could take months.

They are very wholistic when it comes to assessing a borrower, loan, and property - which provides products to consumers whom otherwise may struggle or fail to close on transactions. Do not ever use this company if you or… Do not ever use this company if you or your client needs a foreign national loan. While this loan is not easy, a lender should know the requirements and tell the client the correct information from the beginning. This company changed and re-changed their demands on a daily basis. Only a few days before closing, knowing the buyer lacked a SSN and was not in possession of an EIN, the buyer was then told he had to pay another 1.5 per cent PLUS bring an additional 12K to the table to close. They have no idea what they are doing and made for a very stressful transaction for everyone. The buyer was able to close quickly with another lender, good for him! Maybe they are good for loans for US citizens, but I don't recommend them for foreign national loans.
