Don't take a Prop Firm challenge until you read this review!. The name speaks for itself. With a company name like TopOneTrader comes a responsibility to live up to. All I can say is TopOne will soon be the top prop firm in the world, because Clay (Top One Founder) and Matt (Top One CEO) and staff have a solid set of core values, 1st as people, and then having a vision for excellence. All I can say is thank you TopOne for your efforts. It's nice to be involved with a team of true professionals who care. A+++++

Great customer service Top one has been great from the start, yeah they went through a hard time when the transfer from mt5 yo match trader took place for USA traders. But they kept their promise and were transparent about everything. Recently I had an account get breached for a misunderstanding and top one customer service came in and made things right to help me and get everything on the right track thank you Janice from customer service . No complaints from me

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service! I just a little issue with my account, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if the other prop firms would have provided the same level of service. Appreciate it!
