GBI had a great experience overall I had a great experience overall. Fast service. Processed in 3 days into my account. My only concern is when I called to ask about an extended term, the agent checked my account and said I was already approved. Although I had any screen open and it stated that it wasn’t approved yet. Made me feel like they approved it while I was on the phone to avoid my longer term request. I can’t prove it, but I asked before it was approved. All in all, good experience thus far.

Install was flawless and very quick, only two guys and they worked perfectly in sync together. They cleaned up as they went and left no messes! The windows are really awesome!
