However, when I attempted to purchase two plants for my front porch from a very well known nursery here, in my heartland state, my card was refused. When I called in later, I was told that my card had been frozen because of a fraud alert! A what? It was not only embarrassing to me, it was absurd and a mistake on the part of this card company.

GBI had a great experience overall I had a great experience overall. Fast service. Processed in 3 days into my account. My only concern is when I called to ask about an extended term, the agent checked my account and said I was already approved. Although I had any screen open and it stated that it wasn’t approved yet. Made me feel like they approved it while I was on the phone to avoid my longer term request. I can’t prove it, but I asked before it was approved. All in all, good experience thus far.
