They helped us to navigate the highly confusing paperwork that was required for our loved one to qualify for Medi-cal. What seemed daunting to us was broken down into easy to understand steps. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I had an Memory care attorney in the… I had an Memory care attorney in the beginning to help me apply my husband for Medicaid. He had his information for 3 months and did nothing. I fired him and found Eldercare Resource Planning. Mr. William Shrodes helped me understand the process and after talking with him I felt I could trust his company. Within 2 weeks Denice had the application into DHS. I later was assigned to Tiana. She also was extremely kind, knowledgeable and self directed in my interest. I was very happy with the honest, reliable and efficient service.

We used Eldercare in our non profit… We used Eldercare in our non profit organization serving seniors to train our Service Coordinator staff members in Medicaid/Medicare/LT Care Services. The training Eldercare provided was EXCELLENT. In fact it exceeded our expectations and we have a tool bag of new resources to utilize.

She walked us through everything. She was patient and assuring to us. Her explanations were spot on as it took us a little time to understand how this complicated application and timeline worked. We could not have done this on our own. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. This was an absolutely positive experience.

Completely Satisfied With This Service We were assigned to one specialist and then they switched me to another specialist, only to go back to the original specialist... that was a bit confusing. Other than that, our experience with ECR Planning was great. Liz was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She was organized and responded in a timely fashion. She kept us on task without being pesky. Their document sharing system was easy to use. It was worth the money in having their guidance through the process.
