Strata cares for it's customers Ms. Elissa was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very efficient and timely. She was genuine and showed care.

I had a situation where I didn't know… I had a situation where I didn't know how to proceed with my IRA roll-over. I called Strata and got to speak with Mary. She was so helpful on the phone and she immediately sent me the forms via email that I needed to fill out to complete my transaction. She was so patient in repeating the instructions so I could complete it. I filled out the forms and mailed them, same day. I'm so grateful for her help. She's great at customer service!

RMD made easy with Strata The young lady that I talked with walked me through paperwork I needed to fill out for my RMD. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. I was finished in just a few minutes and confident that everything was in order. She also told me what to expect once my paperwork was received by Strata.

She also took the extra time to setup a digital signature for me for future transactions, and it was just a refreshingly pleasant experience overall.
