I visited this branch today and… I visited this branch today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the attendants. Despite being visibly pregnant and in need of assistance, the staff refused to attend to me and directed me to join the long queue. As a pregnant woman, standing for extended periods can be uncomfortable and even potentially harmful. It was disheartening to see a racism at play and a lack of consideration for customers' needs from a woman, especially when it comes to basic accessibility and empathy. I believe that customer service should prioritize the well-being of all clients, particularly those who may require additional assistance due to their circumstances. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service policies and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and consideration, regardless of their situation. Pregnant women, along with other vulnerable groups, deserve to feel valued and supported during their interactions with the bank.

My visa card got hacked while visiting… My visa card got hacked while visiting Europe , so they text me to verify some transaction and asked me to call. Called 4 times and each time waiting 30 minutes on line and after 15 minutes interrogation, finally they said they have to cancel the card , and they will send me one to my adress , waited for 3 weeks but I received nothing , I called again , waiting in line and detailed interrogation again , they said sorry they don’t know what happened and they will send me by courrier within 2 days , waited for a week and received nothing!!!! Called again went through the whole process again !!!! They said will send you the card by ups , should get it within 2 days !!!lost faith

Would give this bank 0 if I could Would give this bank 0 if I could. Archaic and outdated systems. I am European and moved to Canada… I feel like I have gone back to the 1990s for banking! Also I have had 4x fraud on my accounts since banking here. Their online service is a joke and decides when and where it will decide to work. Unfortunately all Canadian banks seem behind the times…. Cheques?!!! Who uses cheques anymore? This country really needs to upgrade its banking systems.

Absolutely the worst banking experience… Absolutely the worst banking experience ever!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Steer clear do your research before opening an bank account there are options for no fee accounts in Canada

Terrible services I gave one start because I could not give a negative one. RBC’s system did not perform well with the merger with HSBC. None of my preset payments went through on the April 1st. I went to the branch, contacted my account manager, related staff in RBC, no one really helps …no real person at call center… it’s shameful this largest Canadian bank. It is even embracing its CEO boasted to media saying the bank will put the clients on priority… anyway, today is April 11, RBC still cannot give me a timeline when the problem will be solved.
