GBWould give zero stars if possible Would give zero stars if possible. Had to cancel trip due to injury.Submitted relevant documentation to support, heard nothing. Turns out cancellation letter from Crystal could not be opened ( Crystal have been useless) and I had to contact AXA to find this out and get Crystal to reissue, this took 3 attempts by the buffoons at Crystal. Once resubmitted again heard nothing. 10 days passed and after emails , called AXA and was assured claim would be prioritised, nothing. 10 days later have just called and been told payment pending and after 20 minute hold have been informed payment approved and will take 5-7 days. , nightmare. Constantly use stalling tactics.

GBBANDITS, SCAMMERS,FRAUDULENT COMPANY Shoud have to get less than 0 as they are big scammer to customers. Bought travel insurance via trip.com and they use different company but this is part of AXA group. After flight has been cancelled then I have sent all the doucments. They rang me few days later and ask silly questions about how, when, where did you purcahse policy and few days later they declined my policy for my arrival destination is not in Uk as I am not Italian. Such a big scammer and no reputation for all the services. Their car insurance policy is absolutely shamble. I have reported to watch dog.

GBDon't BUY Don't BUY! the site offers false reviews and they use AXA as provider and they are awful! Got stranded without any ferry, flights or any other transport in el nido and lost my jon refundable accommodation. In Addition had to buy new accommodation for 2 days last minute costing me in total £900. For my surprise AXA only covers 20£ per 12h of delay and say that trip cancellation is only for trips to and from the uk. They thieves and liars!

GBAVOID AT ANY COST AVOID AT ANY COST! EVEN IF IT'S FREE I became very ill and got admitted to the hospital, I was diagnosed with pneumonia This meant that I was in and out of consciousness, I had no ability to deal with anything at all. My 19-year old daughter who was with me had to deal with everything. It cost a fortune, she had to borrow money from friends and family, she also lost out on her holiday as a result of looking after me. We've provided her insurance details too, they've just asked her to prove her medical bills. As for me: I have submitted everything which clearly states what happened to me and all the costs. But they are refusing to pay me. They've just sent me on a wild goose chase, making my life more misery.

GBMy trip to Amsterdam had to be… My trip to Amsterdam had to be cancelled due to medical reasons. Submitted claim, they wanted a letter from the doctors but they do not do this now due to it being out of their remit! Axa wanted to then know if I had been told I couldn’t fly, now they are saying they cannot give any monies back including a good will gesture. I will never use them again, first and last time. If a zero rating could be given I would.
